Acore Legacy Debt Fund

The Acore Legacy Debt Fund is a Sub-Fund of Acore Legacy VCC, which is a Variable Capital Company registered in Singapore. Our investment strategy focuses on providing attractive risk-adjusted returns to investors by offering them the opportunity to participate in private collateralized loans to small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

In Singapore, SMEs often encounter difficulties in securing financing through traditional channels due to their size, urgent funding needs, and other factors that may limit their access to credit. Our investment strategy aims to bridge this gap by deploying capital primarily in loans issued to borrowers that can provide hard assets as collateral. These loans typically have short to medium-term tenures of 12-24 months, and the maximum loan size is set at SGD 5 million.

To manage credit risk effectively, we employ a rigorous assessment process that evaluates the creditworthiness of borrowers, the quality of the underlying collateral, and the prevailing market conditions. This comprehensive evaluation helps us mitigate the risk of default or non-payment by borrowers. By focusing on collateralized loans and conducting thorough credit assessments, our strategy aims to provide downside protection for investors.

By offering investors the opportunity to participate in private collateralized loans to SMEs, the Acore Legacy Debt Fund aims to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns while addressing the financing needs of small and medium enterprises in Singapore.

It’s important to note that investing in the Acore Legacy Debt Fund involves certain risks, including credit risk, liquidity risk, and general market risks. The value of investments can fluctuate, and there is no guarantee of returns. Investors should carefully review the fund’s prospectus and seek professional advice before making any investment decisions.
