Having accumulated 15 years of successful experience in the banking sector, working with esteemed institutions such as Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank (SCB), and Deutsche Bank, Asther stepped outside her comfort zone and establish ACI in 2016. During her tenure at SCB from 2004 to 2014, she took on various challenging roles and her outstanding accomplishments caught the attention of the Global Heads, who handpicked her to lead a groundbreaking project. The project aimed to create a platform that would merge corporate and individual clients, providing comprehensive solutions to meet both personal and business needs. This project gave her an extensive insight into the world of ultra-high networth individuals and their businesses.

Subsequently, Asther joined the ultra-high net-worth team in a private bank, where she was entrusted with serving a select group of institutional clients. She also received significant support from high net-worth individuals.

Drawing from her extensive banking experience, Asther strongly believes that the most effective and objective solutions for clients can be offered by representing multiple financial institutions.

She also emphasizes the importance of adopting a client-centric approach, ensuring that the business model aligns with the clients’ interests, thereby providing objective solutions. This belief led Asther to form ACI alongside like-minded individuals whom she had known for more than a decade.
